Most standard products are printed and dispatched within 2–5 days. Custom or complex orders may take a little longer — if you need something by a specific date, mention it in your order notes and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Absolutely. If you have an STL file or a link to a model from sites like Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld, or Cults3D, just include it in your enquiry. I'll review it and let you know if it's printable as-is or if any adjustments are needed.

Yes — custom orders are very welcome. Use the custom enquiry form to describe what you'd like, attach any reference images, and I'll get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.

I stock a wide range of filament colours. When placing your order, specify your preference in the notes field. If I don't have your exact colour in stock, I'll let you know and suggest the closest match.

I can engrave on wood, slate, coated metals (lighters, flasks), and various other materials. If you're unsure whether your item can be engraved, just ask — I'm happy to advise.

Currently I ship within the UK only. International shipping may be considered in the future — keep an eye on the shop for updates.

Once your order is dispatched I'll send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.
